Use the online booking page to choose your service, date and time, or send us a WhatsApp message. Appointments are recommended, though we do accept walk-ins when a slot is free.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara and caffeine before your session. Contact lenses should be removed before treatment.

How long do lash extensions last?

A full set typically lasts four to six weeks with natural shedding. We recommend a refill every two to three weeks to keep your set looking freshly done.

What is your aftercare advice?

Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam, brush gently each morning and avoid oil-based cleansers, steam and lash curlers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations under 6 hours or no-shows may attract a 50% booking fee on your next visit.

When does a refill become a new full set?

Accepted Answer

If fewer than 40% of your extensions remain, or your last visit was over three weeks ago, the appointment is charged as a new full set.

Do you accept card payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we accept credit cards, mobile money and NFC payments. There is free parking and the studio is wheelchair accessible.
