When you book an appointment or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address and any notes you choose to share about allergies or lash history. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Your details are used only to confirm and manage your appointment, contact you about changes, and keep a simple treatment record so future sets suit you. With your consent we may send occasional studio updates, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages clients find useful. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, or clear them in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the tools we use to run the studio — for example messaging and scheduling services — and only to the extent needed to deliver your appointment.
Photographs
We only publish photographs of your lashes with your explicit permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the images from our channels.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
